Aaron M. Bayram specializes in the area of Intellectual Property.
He advises on all aspects of the practice including trademark registration and disputes, trademark cancellations, handling matters before Unites States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) registrations, Madrid Protocol, corporate litigation, copyright law, Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) actions, patent filings, strategic agreements, licensing, and counseling. In addition, he ia also counseling clients on wide array of Business & Family Immigration including green card, naturalization, PERM process, and investor visa program. His clients come from various industries, including media, fashion, apparel, consumer products, internet, corporate sector, and nonprofits.
Bayram co-founded Turkish-American Law Conference in 2012-13 with a group of NYC based attorneys while he attended law school in New York. Then, he interned in U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer's office as a legal intern. He has completed a Summer Associate Program at Yildiz Holding, the parent company of GODIVA. While at law school, he was a fellow of Center For Business & Financial Law at New York Law School where he researched asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities.
He volunteers for various nonprofit foundations and represents pro bono cases.
